Parental Consent

This is the direct notice and consent text a parent or guardian agrees to before a child's information is used on Elevated Baseline. You can give or revoke consent and request deletion at any time from your My Kids page.

Elevated Baseline — Parental Consent (v2)

What we store about your child
We store your child's roster information: their name, jersey number, and
position, plus future training and quiz results as they are added.

Why we store it
This data exists solely to run your child's own coach-assigned training within
their team's play sheet. We do not use it for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Who can see it
Only your child's parents/guardians and the coaches of your child's team can see
this data. We never share it with third parties or with other families on the
team.

How long we keep it
We keep your child's data only while they are on the team's roster, and we delete
it on request. See our Data Retention Policy (docs/retention-policy.md) for how
deletion works and the standards it follows.

Your rights
You may revoke this consent and request deletion of your child's data at any
time. Revoking consent hides your child's roster information and triggers
deletion on request.
